Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How much is a New Patient Office Visit?
A New Patient Office Visit can run $116 to $250 depending
on the level of your visit. It can be higher if hearing
tests or other diagnostic procedures are performed.
Q.
Do you require a referral from a Primary Care Physician?
It is not required but, if your insurance requires a referral,
then you are responsible for obtaining the referral and
seeing it reaches our office before your appointment. We
also ask that you have your physician send any documentation,
test results, etc. that would help our physicians understand
your problems and understand what they are to see you for
on this visit. This will also eliminate the need for duplication
of tests in order to help them diagnose and treat your symptoms.
Q.
Can I be seen today?
Patients with specific symptoms need to be seen the same
day and we will work those patients into the day’s schedule.
Patients who have acute problems are given an appointment
within 1-2 days. Patients who have chronic problems are
given an appointment within 1 week.
Q.
Are you taking new patients?
Yes.
Q.
What insurance do you take?
We take most major insurance plans. The patient needs to
check with their insurance company to see that our physicians
are listed on their plan. This will prevent the patient
from having to pay more out of pocket if we are not listed
in their company’s network.
