Dear Patients,

With a lot of joy and some sadness, I am writing to let you know of my intention to retire. I have enjoyed caring for you and your families over the years and have had the pleasure to be part of this community for over 38 years. My last day with Ear, Nose, and Throat of Springfield will be July 13, 2018.

As you know, this practice is staffed with the most knowledgeable and caring physicians and staff. My partners, Dr. John Gillen and Dr. Ron Smith, will be happy to continue your care. Please be assured that my staff and I will do everything we can to make this transition smooth and stress free. Your medical records are confidential and will remain on file with Ear, Nose, and Throat of Springfield.

As I transition into a new chapter of my life, I truly wish everyone continued health and happiness.

Sincerely,
Michael B. DuVall, M.D.
